How to return
- Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number
- We'll send a return label or arrange pickup
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the item
Faulty products
All products carry the manufacturer's warranty. We handle warranty claims for you — just bring or send the product to us.
Exclusions
Opened screen protectors, hygiene products (earbuds) and activated SIM cards can only be returned if faulty.
